​Thirty-one out of 44 examinees passed the March 2017 Real Estate Consultant Licensure Examination, according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Maria Lourdes Suyang Deiparine from the University of San Carlos topped the list with a rating of 83.60 percent. She was followed by Alria Magalona Ventanilla from the University Of Santo Tomas, with 81.90 percent.

Tied for the third rank are Estelita Dando Bello of University of the East-Manila and Beverly Ante Tan of the Bicol University-Legazpi with a rating of 81.30 percent.

The exam was given by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila last December 11, 2016 (Written) and January 10-12 and March 29-30, 2017 (Revalida).
