Our educational platform is very dynamic. We have been engaged in providing knowledge through mentoring, training & seminars on various fields such as financial literacy programs, life coaching, real estate mentoring & workshops, online review & coaching, leadership training, apprenticeship programs, entrepreneurship programs & workshops, marketing & advertising training, multi-media technology & social media lectures & mentoring, website design training & more.
We started in the real estate business in 1998 on property management and leasing. In 2005 we have partnered with Global Filipinos and private individuals in building homes intended for rent to own. Building individual homes and putting it into the market for rent to own with our innovative techniques in bridge funding has been our trademark since then.
On January 29, 2011, we formalized our entry into the Real Estate Business by launching DREAM Realty Engagement, Appraisal & Management Co. Ltd. The partners adhered to its mission of delivering quality services by joining the roster of real estate professionals and became licensed and certified Real Estate Brokers & Appraiser within the same year and as a licensed Real Estate Consultant in 2016. Since then, we have established a growing and strong clientele.
In 2019, we pursued an additional field for the preservation of the environment and became environmental planners.
We continue to work in collaboration with the government and the private sector in building a better and sustainable future through the real estate service and environmental planning professions.
